How Do You Know a Reset Page or Email Is Real?

Check the address bar first

The real reset page is on smm8.com and starts with https. A look-alike address is the most common trick.

Keep the link to yourself

Anyone with the link can set a new password. Do not forward the email or paste the link in a chat.

Pick a password you use nowhere else

If another site leaks a password you reuse, your SMM8 balance is exposed too. A password manager makes unique passwords easy.

How do I reset my SMM8 password?

Enter the email address of your SMM8 account in the form on this page and send it. SMM8 emails you a link. Open the link and set a new password, then sign in with it.

Why did I not get the password reset email?

The most common reasons are a short delay, the email landing in Spam or Promotions, or a different email address on the account. Wait a few minutes, check those folders, then request a new link.

Can I reset my password without access to my email?

Not with this form. The link is only sent to the email on the account. If you lost access to that mailbox, contact support and be ready to prove the account is yours.

Does SMM8 send my password by email?

No. The email contains a link to set a new password. It does not contain your old or new password.

I did not request a reset. Is my account at risk?

Receiving the email does not change your password. Ignore it and do not share the link. If it happens repeatedly, tell support.

How do I know the reset page is real?
