1. Our Commitment
This Privacy Policy explains how SMM8 collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our SMM services (subscribers, followers, views, likes, and related social media growth tools). We collect only what's needed to operate the platform and deliver your orders.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: email, username, and encrypted password during registration.
- Order Details: links to social media profiles or posts, never your login credentials.
- Payment Data: processed by our third-party payment providers, we never store your card or wallet details ourselves.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information, used for security and troubleshooting.

- Process and deliver your orders.

- Improve the platform using anonymized usage data.
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized account access.

7. Payment Processors & Partners
Payments are processed through our third-party payment partners: Cryptomus, Heleket, 1XPay, Cashmaal, WebMoney, and NowPayments. We do not store your full card or wallet details ourselves, this is handled directly by these providers under their own privacy and security policies. We also work with:
- Analytics tools, using anonymized data only.
- Social media platforms' public APIs, used to deliver your order, never with your login credentials.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You can, at any time:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.

9. Withdrawing Consent
Where we rely on your consent (such as optional marketing emails), you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email, or by contacting support@smm8.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
10. GDPR & EU Users
SMM8 operates from Estonia, within the European Union, and processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you're located in the EU/EEA, in addition to the rights in Section 8, you also have the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.
11. No Data Selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Any legitimate email from SMM8 will come from our own domain, if you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please report it to support.

When you request account deletion, we remove personal data beyond what we're legally required to keep on file for accounting purposes.
13. Age Requirement
SMM8 is intended for users aged 18 and over, consistent with our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we've collected data from a minor, we will delete it.
14. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your own country, including outside the EU/EEA where applicable, since some of our service and payment providers operate internationally. When this happens, we work with providers who maintain their own security and privacy standards, and we take reasonable steps to keep your data protected consistent with this policy.
15. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required under GDPR, and inform affected users without undue delay, describing what happened and what steps we're taking in response.
16. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where practical, and the current version is always available on this page.
