No. SMM8 only needs the public link to your channel, group, bot or post. It never asks for a password or a login code.
Yes. Telegram reviews inactive or suspicious accounts across the platform, so any channel's count can drop over time. Services that include refill top the count back up during their refill period. Services marked No Refill do not.
Telegram's own Premium statistics do not always update in real time. A private invite link is the most reliable way to check delivery yourself.
No. A panel adds the quantity you order. It cannot guarantee engagement, search ranking, sales or any result that depends on your content and on Telegram.

No. Refill depends on the service. Many of the lowest-priced services are marked No Refill. Check the refill tag in the service name before you order.
A failed order is credited back to your account balance in full. A partly delivered order is credited for the undelivered part. Both happen automatically. The Refund Policy has the details.
