Think of your channel analytics. Four numbers matter most to creators, and the free tool touches one of them.
Each request adds about 100 views to the public counter of that one video, if YouTube counts them.
The free tool is not a watch-time service. Do not expect your watch hours to change in a way that matters.

The same policy says that traffic YouTube finds to be artificial may not be counted. That is the most common outcome: the views do not stay.

Reach
Reach comes from how real viewers respond at each step on the left. A higher counter does not add a click, a minute watched or a returning viewer.
What a counter can do is narrower. A video that shows 112 views reads differently to a first-time visitor than one that shows 12. That is a first impression, and it is the whole case for using the tool.

Views change the number on an old video, not its reach. Refresh the title and thumbnail first.
Shorts are public videos too. Copy the link of the Short itself, not the link of your channel.
Each request takes one video link, and you can send one free request every 30 minutes. For four videos that means four requests, spread over at least an hour and a half. If you need them all at the same time, that is a job for a paid order.
Avoid these
Open the video itself and copy its link. A channel link, a playlist link or a Studio link is not accepted.
Set the visibility to Public and keep it public until the views arrive. Unlisted videos are not reached either.
Keep the page open until you see Success. The order is registered only when the timer ends.
Wait 30 minutes. A link with an active order is not accepted again until that order is completed.
A view and a watch hour are different numbers. Watch-time views are a separate paid service.
