Open your Facebook Page, press Share, then Copy link. It looks like facebook.com/yourpage.

The free tool works on public Pages only. Here are two ways to tell which one you have.

- A Follow button for visitors
- A follower count anyone can see

Why Does the Follower Count Matter on a Facebook Page?

Because it is public. The follower count sits right under the Page name, and visitors see it before they read a single post.
- It is a first-impression number
A Page with three followers can look inactive, even when the business behind it is active.
- Free followers change that number
They lift the count a visitor sees. They do not change what the Page posts.

What Meta says
Do More Followers Mean More Reach on Facebook?
Not by themselves. Meta describes Feed ranking as a set of predictions made for each person and each post. Meta's explanation of Feed ranking does not name a Page's follower count as a signal.

A follower is connected to the Page, so its posts become eligible for that person's Feed.
Signals
Thousands of signals for each person, such as who posted, when, and the type of post.
A Page's follower count is not among the examples Meta gives.
Predictions
Models estimate how likely this person is to like, comment on or share this post.
The estimate is about one post and one person, not about the size of the Page.
Score
The predictions are combined into one score, and the Feed is ordered by it.

Followers or Likes: Which Number Does a Page Show?
Followers. In January 2021 Meta introduced a new Pages experience that removed Page Likes and kept Followers, according to Meta's announcement.
Followers are the people who can receive a Page's updates. This tool adds followers, not Page likes. If your Page still shows both numbers, followers is the one that moves.

A profile link instead of a Page link
Pages and profiles are different things on Facebook. This tool works on Pages.
FixUse the Page link. For a personal profile, use the free profile followers tool.
A group, post or photo link
These point to something inside Facebook, not to the Page itself.
FixOpen the Page, press Share and copy that link. The link check on this page reads it for you.
An unpublished or restricted Page
If a logged-out visitor cannot open the Page, the tool cannot reach it either.
FixPublish the Page and remove age or country restrictions before you send a request.

Why Do Follower Counts Sometimes Drop?
Some loss is normal for any Page. People unfollow, accounts get deleted or deactivated, and the free tool does not refill what is lost.

- An older way to connect with a Page. Meta's new Pages experience removed it in favour of followers.
- New Pages experience
- The Page design Meta introduced in January 2021, built around followers.

- The stream of posts a person sees on Facebook, ordered by ranking.
